I was commissioned by an ambitious Brighton tech startup, Digicave, to design a poster and a set of “markers” for an upcoming augmented reality exhibition at the Science Museum in London. Presented by James May, this experimental exhibit was the first of its kind for the museum. In order for the artwork to be approved, the campaign had to adhere to strict guidelines set forth by the Science Museum brand.
Markers were designed to work with the augmented reality app, in order to bring the experience to life. Not only did they have to look good on the museum floor but also they had to work from a technical point of view.
